F&V – cinco de mayo

Here’s the fruits & veggies I ate on this day:

Banana = 2 pcs = 2 cups

spinach = ~ 1.5-2 cups

garlic = ~5 pcs

green onions = 1

I made this salad & used sunflower oil (from OFC) as the dressing.

grapes = ~ 0.5 cup

tomato = 2 cups

baby carrots = 6 pcs = 0.5 cup

Added cilantro & veggies in this lentil soup for lunch

cilantro = 20 pcs = maybe 1 cup

onion = 1/4

green peas = 1/2 cup

pineapple = 1/2 cup

Dinner: pineapple fried rice @ Thai Stick (SF)
